Service desk and ticketing for B2B and B2B2C. Multi-workspace ticketing with per-customer teams, a customer portal for end users, status workflows, priorities and SLA tracking, AI triage and reply drafting, and metrics for volume, resolution time and breakdowns.

### LinkedIn Personal Branding

Plans, writes and schedules LinkedIn content in a defined voice, learning from a member's own posting history. Voice modelling, content planning and post drafting, image generation, and scheduled publish dispatch to LinkedIn.

### Cashflow & Administration

Cash-flow visibility and forecasting from real bank movements and invoices. Cash-flow from real movements plus projections, invoice ingestion kept separate from cash, forecasting with roll-forward of open items, and multi-currency dashboards.

### Spotlight

A cross-Expert AI assistant that understands the current page and can take actions across Naios on the user's behalf. Entity-agnostic commands, page-aware context via page manifests, and an agentic action loop rather than just answers.

### Settings & White-Label

Tenant administration: organisations, members, roles, third-party integrations and API keys, and white-label theming per organisation.
